Our client is seeking a Junior civil pipelayer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing PVC and concrete pipes, manholes, and catch basins. Helps to have familiarity with excavation, demolition, and grading, and able to use quick-cut saws, pipe lasers, and laser levels.

Job Description:

• Install PVC and concrete pipes, manholes, and catch basins
• Make connections to manholes and catch basins
• Use quick cut saws to cut and bevel pipes
• Use pipe lasers and laser levels for grading
• Parge and bench manholes
• Familiar with confined space requirements
• Exposure to excavation, demolition, and grading
• Comfortable working around heavy equipment
• Exposure to hand tools and equipment
• Drive company van to job sites

Requirements:

• Experienced-only applicants
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to travel to job sites
• Familiarity with confined space requirements
• Experience in excavation, demolition, and grading
• Hourly $28/hr - $35/hr
