Our client, located in Mississauga, is in need of an experienced CNC operator.
This long-standing company has a proud tradition of the highest quality manufacturing of automotive and aerospace custom parts.

They find themselves with an over abundance of orders which is responsible for creating the need for this vital role.

What they need from you

Strong CNC machining experience
Five plus years working in the industry
The ability to set up and operate CNC machinery with minimal oversight
Strong ability to read and interpret engineers drawings, tolerances, GD&T etc.
Competency with QMS procedures and precision measurement techniques
Understanding of modern work-holding and tooling technologies.
Basic knowledge of ISO9001 requirements
Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise
Physically capable of lifting 25 lbs.
Safe utilization of lifting equipment
Demonstrated ability to operate Mazak and Lathe machines w/Fanuc control
Knowledge of G code and M code
Programming proficiency with Mastercam is an asset
