Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for heavy civil construction projects
• Utilize construction estimating software such as B2W and Heavy Bid (B2W preferred)
• Promote a safe and healthy work environment with a zero-injury culture
• Collaborate with team members and project stakeholders to deliver superior estimates
• Thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
• Continuously improve performance and learn from mistakes
• Handle multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure
• Stay organized and detail-oriented
• Be self-motivated and able to work with minimal direction and oversight.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience as a civil construction estimator
• Knowledge of construction estimating software such as B2W and Heavy Bid (B2W preferred)
• People-focused, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal direction and oversight
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented and well organized.
