Job Description

Organize and Supervise staff, trades and contractors and ensuring that they are performing as required and reporting progress
Ensure that the health and safety project plans and MOL requirements are implemented and followed
Create, Monitor, and update project schedules and ensuring the schedule and look ahead schedules are followed and provide updates to the Project Manager/Senior Management as required
Have a thorough, hands-on working knowledge of Building Codes
Perform regular site inspections to ensure that work is being completed to the highest quality and any issues/risks are identified

The Successful Applicant

+7 years of experience assisting or supervising construction of residential projects. High Volume home construction is a must
Excellent supervisory, administrative and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
Monitor field operations ensuring work is being completed in accordance with the project schedule and specifications
Proficient MS Office and Windows-based computer applications skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project, etc.)
