Operations Associate

Key Responsibilities:
As the Operations Associate, your primary responsibilities may include, but will not be limited to, the following:
• Mail opening and product sorting including: opening, sorting and organizing incoming products and orders
• Data entry & customer service including; entering orders into local operations systems (INFOR) and transferring digital files into Global system
• Correcting incoming customer product deficiencies
• Credit processing and process returned items
• Inventory and cycle counts
• Product repair and refurbishment including repairing products and accessories
• Following all Quality standards and complying with ISO and health and safety procedures
• Other duties as assigned to support the needs of the business
Knowledge, Skills & Qualities:
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite
• Understanding of basic operations principles like shipping and receiving seen as an asset
• Dependable, team player with a positive attitude
Education, Certifications & Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6+ months of experience in shipping, receiving, data entry, warehousing, operations, electronics manufacturing, or other relevant field seen as an asset
• Bilingual in English & French seen as an asset
This is an On-site role.
$21 Per hour
